About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Contact interested students and convince them to attend a free walk-in seminar. 2. Work on the provided leads. Requirements: 1. Clear speech (no mother tongue influence). 2. Skills: Good communication in Hindi and English. Outbound telecalling and lead generation experience preferred. 3. Talkative and confident in speaking on assigned topics. Note: 1. Location: Gurgaon, Sector 18. 2. Working Hours: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Saturday. 3. Education: Minimum 12th pass; undergraduates eligible. 4. Experience: Fresher or 6 months to 5 years in BPO outbound process. 5. Salary: Fresher: 16,000 in-hand ( 19,500 per month) and experienced: Up to 21,000 in-hand (no PF deduction). 6. Eligibility: Age: 18-34 years.
