About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads 2. Communicate product features and benefits to customers effectively 3. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 5. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals 6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally 7. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience 8. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends Requirements: 1. Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus 2. Demonstrate proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferred) 3. Exhibit excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills 4. Apply strong persuasive skills with a customer-centric approach 5. Handle objections and remain resilient under pressure 6. Show proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite 7.
