Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele caller to join our real estate team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about ongoing and upcoming property projects, generating leads, and assisting in arranging site visits. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases or leads. Explain real estate projects, locations, pricing, and benefits to interested customers. Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on interest and budget. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups. Maintain a record of calls, inquiries, feedback, and appointments in CRM tools. Follow up on previous leads to re-engage and nurture customer interest. Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, qualified leads, and appointments. Maintain a professional tone in all customer interactions.
