As we expand our outreach and learner base, we are looking for enthusiastic and professional female Telecallers to join our dynamic team. Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and confident female Telecaller who will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential candidates, explaining our courses and offerings, and maintaining follow-ups using CRM tools. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and prior experience in cold calling and CRM operations. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential students and professionals to promote our educational programs. Explain the features and benefits of various courses and handle queries confidently. Use CRM software to update call details, track follow-ups, and manage candidate databases. Maintain call quality and follow scripts where necessary. Meet daily and weekly targets for call volumes and lead conversions. Coordinate with the sales and counseling team to ensure lead progression. Provide accurate information and maintain a positive company image on calls. Requirements: Female candidates only. Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in education or sales. Proficiency in using CRM tools and managing candidate databases. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in cold calling and objection handling. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in educational institutions or edtech companies. Multilingual skills (English, Hindi, and regional languages). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
