Telecaller ( Night Shift )

Job Description

The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling with excellent communication skills. This role involves promotional activities and engaging with US clients to promote our services/products effectively. Employment Type: Contractual (Minimum 6 Months) Work Mode: Remote Key Responsibilities : Conduct outbound calls to US clients for promotional activities. Communicate product/service details and generate interest. Maintain a professional and positive approach while handling client interactions. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Record and update client information in the database. Meet daily/weekly targets as set by the management. Requirements: 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support. Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Prior experience dealing with international clients (preferably US). Ability to work independently and meet targets. Preferred Qualifications:: Experience in BPO, telemarketing, or sales. Familiarity with CRM tools and call management software. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
