Job Description

Make outbound calls, explain products, and generate sales. Follow up with leads and maintain a database. Meet sales targets. Requirements: 1+ year in telecalling (sales preferred), fluent in English, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil (Hindi a plus), and CRM knowledge is a bonus. Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell our products or services. Clearly and concisely explain product features, benefits, and pricing. Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and listening. Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads. Sales and Follow-Up: Effectively close sales and achieve assigned sales targets. Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert them into customers. Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly. Database Management: Accurately record and update customer information and call details in the CRM system. Maintain a well-organized database of leads and customers.
