This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller at SHOBI Group. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls, providing product information, scheduling appointments, and maintaining customer records. You will also be required to achieve sales targets, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team. Qualifications : - Excellent verbal communication skills and fluency in English and Hindi - Strong customer service and telemarketing skills - Ability to persuade and influence customers - Good listening and problem-solving skills - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software - Prior experience in a telecalling or sales role is preferred - Ability to work well in a team - Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments - Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
