Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to potential customers, inform them about our products/services, and generate leads or conversions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a customer-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers or clients. Inform customers about products, services, or campaigns. Answer incoming calls and resolve queries. Record customer information and maintain call logs. Follow up with potential leads and update CRM. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Handle objections professionally and close calls positively. Escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
