Job Description

1. As a Telecaller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. 2. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company. In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them. 3. Employing the script to make contact with prospective or current clients to advise them about a good or service. 4. Providing information on items or the business and eliciting queries to learn about client requirements.
