Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our academic institution's team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, providing them with information about our courses, programs, and admission process. Freshers with a passion for education and strong communication skills are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities: Reach out to prospective students and inform them about available academic programs and admissions. Answer inquiries and assist potential students with the application process. Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM system. Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to the growth of student enrollment. Work closely with the admissions team to ensure smooth follow-up and coordination. Provide valuable feedback on student preferences and market trends. Skills & Qualifications: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Freshers are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
