We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to handle telecalling and backend operations . The role requires effective communication skills to interact with clients/customers and basic computer knowledge for backend support and coordination. Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or similar role Proficiency in Tamil & basic English Good communication & interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel Handle inbound inquiries and follow-ups Maintain call records and update internal systems Support backend operations, data entry, and coordination work Ensure timely reporting and task completion Willing to work from Nandanam location Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Experience: Customer support: 1 year (Preferred) Call center: 1 year (Preferred) Language: Tamil (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
