Job Description

Desired Candidate Profile Any graduate with good written & verbal communication. 2-4 years of experience in tele calling or related field (real estate marketing). Excellent spoken English fluency required; ability to communicate effectively over phone conversations. Strong convincing power and counselling skills necessary for successful lead generation. Knowledge of MS Office. Able to maintain all correspondence. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Good customer relation skills Roles and Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from clients, explain offers to potential clients, resolve their queries, and provide solutions. Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and fix appointments. Follow up with incoming leads. Explain offers to potential clients, Set up meetings for the sales team Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and close deals.
