Roles and Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from clients, understand their requirements, and provide solutions. Generate leads through telecalling campaigns to drive sales growth. Convert leads into potential customers by effectively communicating product benefits. Meet daily/weekly targets set by management for call handling and lead generation. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in telesales or real estate industry (preferably). Strong communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations. Proficiency in generating leads through cold calling and negotiation techniques. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
