Position Details: Position Title: Tele calling Executive-Prospecting Department: Sales Marketing Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Conduct multi-channel outreach (telemarketing, email, social media, etc.) to identify, qualify, and nurture leads. Maintain and update lead databases (CRMs) to ensure accurate tracking of prospecting activities. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates. Prepare regular reports on lead generation metrics to measure success and identify areas of improvement. Skills and Qualifications Required: Strong communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and social media outreach. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Willingness to work in EU and US shifts to align with target market time zones.
