We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team at Trident Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting automobile products and services, setting up appointments, and ensuring excellent customer interaction and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: *Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote automobile sales, services, and offers. *Handle inbound customer inquiries and route them to the appropriate department *Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system. *Provide information about new car models, financing options, servicing packages, and accessories. *Work closely with the sales and service departments to convert leads into customers.
