Job Description

Job Summary We're seeking energetic and results-driven Telesales Executives to promote Amusement Play Kingdom Marine Kingdom's attractions and services to potential customers, driving ticket sales and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Telesales: Make outbound calls to potential customers, promoting Amusement Play Kingdom Marine Kingdom's attractions and services. 2. Ticket Sales: Sell tickets and packages to customers, meeting and exceeding sales targets. 3. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues. 4. Lead Generation: Generate leads and follow up on existing leads to convert them into sales. 5. Data Entry: Accurately enter customer data and sales information into our CRM system. 6. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote Amusement Play Kingdom Marine Kingdom's attractions and services. 7. Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and insights to management. Requirements 1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred. 2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telesales, sales, or customer service. 3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with customers. 4. Sales Skills: Strong sales skills, with ability to meet and exceed sales targets. 5. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications 1. Industry Experience: Experience working in the entertainment or hospitality industry. 2. Sales Certifications: Certifications in sales, such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP). 3.
