Job Description

Role & responsibilities We are looking for a Pre-Sales Team Lead in the Real Estate & Construction industry to oversee the pre-sales team responsible for engaging with prospective leads, qualifying them, and seamlessly passing them to the sales team using Sell. Do, Salesforce, or any ERP system. The role involves monitoring and guiding telecallers, ensuring effective lead qualification, and optimizing conversion rates. The Team Lead will be responsible for generating lead reports, analyzing qualification metrics, and tracking lead conversion ratios to enhance sales efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in ERP platforms, and a results-driven approach to maximizing sales pipeline efficiency Preferred candidate profile 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, estimation, or business development in the construction industry. Experience in handling large-scale construction projects Shift Timings: Day shift: 9.30 AM to 6.00 PM Working Days - Mon Sun Week Off : Rotational basis Supplemental pay types: Yearly bonus
