JOB ROLE TMO must be friendly and persuasive TMO must be able to understand the customers requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs TMO must be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints. TMOs goal is to promote business growth by expanding the companys client database. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Calling Customers using a given phone directory to sell products Answer incoming calls from prospective customers Use scripts to provide information about products features, prices etc. and present their benefits Ask pertinent questions to understand the customers requirements Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how provided services meet their needs Record the customers personal information accurately in computer system Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the companys reputation Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED Persistent and results-oriented Willing to pursue sales Basic Computer knowledge Good Communication skills Graduate from recognized University Freshers Experienced in sales or other field
