CarePal Money is looking for a Telesales Officer to drive outbound sales, optimize loan conversions, and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction in the lending vertical. If you have a strong sales mindset and experience in loan telesales, this is your chance to grow with us! Key Responsibilities: Outbound Sales Calls (30%) 70% connect rate, follow-ups on KYC & disbursals, assist with Quick Eligibility Checks (QECs). Funnel Improvement (50%) Drive higher loan conversions through effective counseling & document collection. Process & Quality Adherence (10%) Maintain 90% telesales quality standards & regulatory compliance. Customer Satisfaction (10%) Ensure CSAT score of 4.5+ and deliver an exceptional customer experience. What You Need: Strong sales & negotiation skills Experience in loan product telesales Ability to drive loan funnel conversions Adherence to compliance & quality standards
