Job Title: Pre-Sales- Tele Calling Experience: 1-3 years Job Summary: We seek a dynamic and motivated Tele-calling Executive for our Pre-sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, initiating customer contact, and setting up appointments for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and a keen interest in the culinary technology industry. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online research. ● Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services. ● Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions. ● Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads to facilitate further discussions and product demonstrations. ● Product Knowledge: ● CRM Management: Accurately update and manage customer information in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are documented and follow-up actions are tracked. ● Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.Qualifications and Skills: ● Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus. ● Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in tele calling, telemarketing, or a related pre-sales role. ● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. ● Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and strategies. ● Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ● Self-Motivation: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. ● Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to potential customers.
