Role & responsibilities Handle and respond to customer inquiries Provide pricing and availability details to customers. Customer Communication & Order Management Call and follow up with customers regarding inquiries and orders. Share product details, pricing, and offers. Answer customer questions and recommend suitable products. Process and track orders, coordinating with the internal team. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
