Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone by contacting potential and existing customers, explaining products or services, and closing sales. You should be persuasive, well-spoken, and able to understand customer needs. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase products/services. Explain product features and benefits clearly and accurately. Answer questions about the company’s products or services. Maintain customer information and update the CRM system. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. Handle customer objections professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
