We are seeking a Dynamic and Results-Driven Business Development Executive to champion the sales of Non-Immigrant Visa Services . As a key service consultant, you will guide potential customers through the visa application process, sell tailored visa solutions, and ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and online platforms to promote and sell visa services. Understand customer needs and recommend the right service package. Provide accurate information, address queries, and resolve concerns effectively. Record customer interactions and sales activities accurately in CRM tools. Follow up diligently to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Participate actively in sales training programs and professional development. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and customer experience. Uphold company sales processes, policies, and standards at all times.
