Urgent opening for Telesales Executive - Personal Loan with CarePal Money Role : Telesales Executive - Personal Loan Location : Mumbai (Andheri - Marol) About Company : 700 Million Indians don't have any health insurance. India has the highest medical inflation rate in Asia at 14%, that's more than China (12%), Indonesia (10%), Vietnam (10%), and the Philippines (9%). 50% of healthcare expenses in India are paid out-of-pocket. The global average is 20%. 1 in 4 urban Indian households that have taken unsecured loans took them to cover medical expenses and this trend is expected to only increase in the coming years. The CarePal group came into existence to provide financing solutions that bridge the Out of Pocket Expense Needs of Middle Class Indians. The CarePal Groups vision is to build Indias first and largest integrated healthcare financing ecosystem. We do this by bringing Medical Crowdfunding, Lending and Health Assurance under a single umbrella through three operating entities. 1. ImpactGuru: Indias largest medical crowdfunding platform. 2. Job summary: Responsible for outbound sales calls, improving loan funnel conversions, ensuring process adherence, and maintaining high customer satisfaction in the lending vertical. Roles & Responsibilities: Outbound Sales Calling (30%) - Make daily calls with a 70%connect rate, follow up on disbursals, KYC, and documents, and assist borrowers with Quick Eligibility Checks (QECs). Funnel Improvement (50%) - Drive Counselling to QEC and Docs pending to submit conversions while ensuring smooth movement across funnel stages. Process & Quality Adherence (10%) - Maintain 90%adherence to telesales quality standards with an effective sales pitch and compliance adherence. Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) (10%) - Achieve a CSAT score of 4.5(90%) through positive borrower interactions and survey feedback.
