Outbound and Inbound Calls : Make outbound calls to potential customers and receive inbound calls from interested prospects or existing clients. 2. Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits. 3. Customer Engagement : Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer their queries, and provide information about our products and services. 4. Lead Generation : Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and active listening. 5. Sales Conversions : Convert leads into sales by explaining product offerings, pricing, and promotions. 6. Data Entry : Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. Requirements: 1.
