Job Description We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will initiate outbound calls to potential customers, explain loan products, and convert leads into successful customers. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless lead processing and consistently meet sales targets. Key Responsibilities Outbound Calling & Lead Engagement: Proactively reach out to prospective customers using company-provided leads. Understand customers requirements and offer detailed information about loan products. Lead Conversion: Utilize effective telephonic sales techniques to convert leads into customers. Address inquiries, clarify eligibility, and guide customers through the application process. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (operations and processing) to ensure smooth lead handling, timely conversions, and swift resolution of any application-related issues. Data Management: Maintain accurate, real-time updates of all leads. Conduct regular follow-ups to monitor progress and achieve prompt conversions. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to the manager, highlighting lead status, conversion rates, targets achieved, and any challenges faced. Desired Candidate Profile Experience: 1–4 years in telesales or a related field (preferably in auto loan sales). Communication Skills: Excellent verbal fluency in Hindi and English. Independence & Target Orientation: Ability to work with minimal supervision while consistently meeting daily targets. Lead Generation & Conversion: Proven ability to generate and convert leads through effective phone conversations and follow-ups.
