Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions. Follow up on leads and previous contacts to drive conversions. Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer information in CRM tools. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handle customer objections effectively and professionally. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign insights and improvements. Requirements: Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
