Telesales Executive Location: Onsite at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Roles and Responsibilities Engage in proactive outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and sell company products and services. Build and maintain a loyal customer base by providing excellent service and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction. Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives by promoting company offerings to clients and closing sales deals efficiently. Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty and increase sales opportunities. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities to track progress and offer better customer support. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development to ensure effective sales strategies and promotions. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations and solutions. Follow up on leads and conduct market research to generate new sales opportunities. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategy and customer outreach. Required Qualifications Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a telesales or outbound sales role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with CRM software and tools to manage customer relationships and sales activity tracking. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively. Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound sales calls to a defined customer base to sell company products and services effectively. Identify and qualify sales leads through market research and networking. Meet or exceed sales targets by successfully closing sales deals and expanding customer accounts. Educate and inform customers about company offerings, emphasizing product features and benefits. Utilize CRM systems to manage client information, track sales activities, and follow up on leads. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends and competitor offerings. Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and share best practices. Provide feedback to management on customer needs, competitive offerings, and potential products to improve sales strategies. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
