Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our growing team, who will act as our customers' first point of contact, playing a key role in promoting our services/products, resolving queries, and building long-lasting relationships. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information Follow up with interested leads through calls, messages, or emails Maintain records of calls, lead status, and customer feedback Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Collaborate with the sales or customer support teams to improve communication effectiveness Keep updated on product knowledge, offers, and script changes Requirements Good communication skills Confident and polite telephone etiquette Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools are a plus) Proven Track Record Prior experience in Health Insurance is preferred Perks Incentives for performance Friendly and supportive work environment Training and career growth opportunities Show more Show less
