Job Description

We are looking for a *motivated and energetic Telesales Executive* to join our Qlead sales team. This role requires proactive engagement with potential customers via outbound calls, as well as managing leads from digital campaigns. You'll play a key role in promoting Qlead's AI-driven lead generation capabilities and converting interest into results. --- *Key Responsibilities:* * Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients and present Qlead’s benefits clearly and persuasively. * Handle and follow up on inbound leads generated from digital marketing efforts. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM database regularly. * Meet and exceed monthly sales targets consistently. * Share insights and feedback with the marketing team to improve lead generation efforts. * Attend ongoing training sessions and team meetings to stay current with product updates and sales strategies. --- *Requirements:* * Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or a similar sales/customer engagement role. * Excellent communication skills in English; additional regional languages are a plus. * Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage customer objections effectively. * Minimum qualification: High school diploma; preference given to candidates with education in marketing or business. * Ability to thrive in a high-performance, target-driven environment. --- *Why Join Us?* ✔ Industry-best salary and incentives ✔ Structured training & career development ✔ Supportive team culture ✔ Exposure to AI-enabled sales solutions Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: Hindi (Required) English (Required) Work Location: In person
