Job Title: Teller/Caller – Jewelry Company Location: Andheri, Mumbai Experience: 1 to 4 years Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Retail / Luxury / Jewelry Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Teller/Caller to join our team at our Andheri location. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in telecalling, front office, or customer service roles, preferably within the jewelry, luxury retail, or high-value customer service sector. You will be responsible for handling client communication, appointment coordination, and backend sales support. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to new and existing customers for product promotions, follow-ups, and appointment reminders. Handle inbound inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, offers, and store visits. Maintain and update customer databases, sales leads, and call logs accurately. Coordinate with sales and showroom teams for client appointments and walk-in follow-ups. Provide customers with product information, ongoing promotions, and support for order processing or custom jewelry requests. Maintain a high level of professionalism, product knowledge, and customer satisfaction during all interactions. Ensure timely follow-ups to support sales conversions. Assist with basic administrative or teller-related tasks when needed. Key Requirements: 1 to 4 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales support, or front desk operations, preferably in jewelry or luxury retail. Graduate in any stream; diploma in retail, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred). Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM or POS systems. Polished, presentable, and customer-focused with a pleasant telephone etiquette. Ability to handle high-value client interactions with confidentiality and professionalism. Preferred Skills: Experience working in a jewelry showroom, luxury boutique, or similar high-end retail environment. Familiarity with gold, diamond, and custom jewelry product lines. Ability to multitask and handle pressure during festive or peak sale periods. Salary: As per industry standards, based on experience and skill set.
