Role Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information regarding products and services. Engage with customers to understand their needs and respond appropriately. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally. Promote company products and services by delivering persuasive pitches. Gather customer feedback for process improvement. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed performance targets consistently. Follow-up with potential leads to drive conversion rates. Prepare and maintain detailed reports of call activities. Participate in training sessions for skill enhancement. Adhere to company policies and procedures during customer interactions. Identify sales opportunities and upsell company offerings. Assist team members in achieving common goals. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field preferred. Proven experience in telecalling or customer service roles. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using call center software and CRM tools. Familiarity with sales processes and customer service techniques. Ability to work on-site at our India office. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport. Strong analytical skills for problem identification and resolution. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Flexibility to work in shifts, if required. Strong work ethic with a positive attitude. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous experience in B2B or B2C environments is a plus. Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance issues.
