Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to generate sales/leads or provide customer support by calling current or potential customers. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services or resolve issues. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers and prospects. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries. Maintain records of calls and sales. Follow up with customers for feedback or additional support. Explain products or services clearly and convincingly. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in [English/Hindi/Other regional language]. Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure. Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is a plus. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: tell calling: 1 year (Required) Willingness to travel: 100% (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 09/06/2025
