Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team at Polygranite India . The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and promoting our Polygranite products. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Polygranite products. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing effectively to customers. Provided sales leads and follow up with interested clients. Handle inbound queries and provide excellent customer service. Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and sales progress. Work closely with the sales team to meet targets. Address customer concerns and resolve any issues professionally. Requirements: Experience: 2-5 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service. Education: Minimum graduate in any field. Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi/English and regional languages (preferred). Persuasive and confident approach to sales. Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain call logs. Good listening skills and patience in handling customer queries. Location: Berhampur Salary: Competitive, with incentives based on performance.
