Job Opening: Telecaller – Telesales (Loan Services) | Financial Services Industry We are hiring Telecallers to join our growing Sales & Business Development team in the loan services domain. This is a full-time, permanent role for individuals who are motivated, customer-focused, and looking to build a long-term career in the financial sector. Key Responsibilities: Contact individuals and businesses via phone to promote our loan products (personal loans, business loans, etc.). Explain loan offerings, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements in a clear and convincing manner. Deliver a pre-scripted sales pitch and tailor conversations based on customer needs and financial background. Provide accurate information regarding interest rates, loan tenure, and repayment options. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve doubts, and assist them through the loan application process. Collect and verify essential customer details including contact information, income sources, and loan preferences. Maintain updated records of calls, client interactions, and outcomes. Consistently meet lead generation and conversion targets. Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Prior experience in telesales or financial product sales is a plus. Basic understanding of loans and financial products is preferred (training will be provided). Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduation is an advantage. Energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven.
