Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a Tender Executive to manage the entire tendering process, from searching for relevant tenders to bid submission and documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of government and private tendering procedures, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Tender Management: Identify and analyze relevant government and private tenders through online portals and other sources. Prepare and submit tender documents within the specified deadlines. Ensure compliance with all tender requirements, including technical and financial documentation. Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for bid submission. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain an updated repository of all tender documents, certifications, and pre-qualification requirements. Ensure all tenders comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations. Follow up on submitted tenders and track tender progress, clarifications, and negotiations. Vendor & Client Coordination: Liaise with government agencies, clients, and suppliers regarding tendering processes. Work closely with procurement and finance teams to finalize tender pricing and cost estimation. Handle post-tender documentation, including contracts, agreements, and work orders. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in tender management (preferably in the healthcare, medical equipment, or pharmaceutical sector). Strong knowledge of government e-procurement portals and tendering procedures. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tender management software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously and meet strict deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in tendering for medical equipment, hospital supplies, or pharmaceuticals. Familiarity with GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and other procurement portals.
