Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Government Tender and GEM Portal Manager with a strong background in the IT services industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing government tenders, specifically on the GEM (Government e-Marketplace) portal and a proven ability to handle the complete bid process. Familiarity with the requirements of the IT services sector is essential to ensure alignment with client and regulatory expectations. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of government tenders on the GEM portal, from identifying opportunities to final submission. Develop and submit high-quality proposals tailored to government tenders in the IT services industry. Update and optimize the GEM portal profile, ensuring information is current, relevant, and competitive. Ensure compliance with government procurement guidelines and other regulatory requirements specific to IT services. Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and support proposal preparation. Stay informed about government tender trends and requirements in the IT sector. Requirements: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in managing government tenders, with a focus on the GEM portal. Previous experience working in an IT services company, with a solid understanding of government IT procurement processes. Proven track record in winning government bids within the IT sector. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict deadlines. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach. Note: Only candidates with at least 3-5 years of relevant government tender experience in the IT services industry will be considered.
