Job Description

Tender Identification Tracking: Proactively monitor and identify relevant insurance-related tender opportunities from various government departments, agencies, and related websites. Tender Analysis Forecasting: Cond uct detailed analysis of past government tenders, identifying trends, scope, pricing, and key competitors. Competitive Analysis: Analy ze previous tender participants, pricing strategies, and success factors to develop informed strategies for future tenders. Market Intelligence: Pre dict upcoming tender opportunities based on market analysis, department budgets, tender calendars, and internal intelligence. Coordination Documentation: Coll aborate with internal teams (sales, underwriting, compliance) to gather information and formulate winning tender proposals. Reporting Insights: Pre pare insightful reports and presentations to management, highlighting key analysis and strategic recommendations. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in tender management, bid management, or business development within the Insurance or Financial Services industry. Demonstrable experience in analyzing tenders, competitors, and pricing strategies. Excellent analytical, forecasting, and market research skills. Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
