Role & responsibilities Knowledge of current market rate of material, Technology in E-Tendering system, E-Procurement, Contract Management, Up gradation of New System, Offline Tendering, costing, raising inquiries to vendors, comparison, boq preparation etc. in compliance with successful tendering process. Knowledge of contract management / FIDIC contract preferred Positive behave to retain the current customer and develop the new clients Attending a pre-bid meeting with client and site visit for better understanding of project Reading proper tender document in coordination with BOQ, Specification and Drawings. Preparing cost estimation based on current rate from market. Taking customer feedback for repeat work order, Coordination with technical, purchase and account team for preparing offer Knowledge of Microsoft Office is Must. However Microsoft Project and knowledge of contract management is preferred.
