DRA Infracon Pvt Ltd is hiring for the following postion : Job Role : Tendering & Estimation ( GM/SGM / AVP ) Qualification : BE ( Civil Engineering ) ; PG ( Desired ) Experience : 20 to 25 Years. Job Location : Mumbai Roles & Responsibilities To Prepare Detailed cost estimates of Civil Engineering Projects ( Material cost , Manpower cost, Overhead cost etc ) Identification of Tender Feasibilitity by exploiting the core competencies of the company. Review & Analyse design Drawings and tender documents to comply with project requirements. Ensure estimates are competitive & aligned with project specific requirement. Perform Risk assessment Value engineering in cost saving opportunity without compromise on Quality. Monitor & updated the estimates and adjusting for scope changes & unforeseen conditions. Manage tendering process in reviewing the bids & timely Submission of tenders. Conduct post bid evaluation & to comply with the client requirements. Coordinate with Internal ( design , Procurement , Project Management )& External Stakeholders ( Client , Consultant, Sub contractor etc ) Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Potential candidate should have proven experience of handling overseas Tendering of Civil Infrastructure projects with minimum 5 years ( Preferrably Gulf Countries ) and hands on experience in CANDY estimation Software.
