Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Study of Tender Documents, 2. Preparing Summary of Tender Conditions and identification of Critical Clauses, Tender Rate Analysis, 3. Preparation of Quantities in line with tender Drawings in case of EPC Projects 4. Obtaining Quotes/ Discussions/ Negotiations with Suppliers/ Subcontractors, 5. Preparation of Pre-Qualification, Technical and Financial Tender Submittal Documents, Conducting Site Visits, Online Tender Participation, 6. Uploading Tender Budget in SAP, Marinating Tender Correspondences History etc. Preferred candidate profile Should be B.E/B.Tech Civil with 6-12 yrs. of Experience. Sound knowledge in Contracts Management, Quantity Surveying, and Tender Evaluation, Pre-Contracts, Post Contracts and monitoring the same. Excellent Communication skills.
