Role Title: Territory Manager About the Role Were looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Expert to join our Life Insurance team. If you thrive on building relationships, growing businesses, and taking ownership of goals, this role is for you! You’ll be working closely with our senior management team, focusing on expanding our Agency vertical and forming valuable partnerships. This is an opportunity to make a real impact while shaping the future of our business. What You’ll Be Doing Mapping out the Digit Retail Network based on potential—spotting the top players and the rising stars. Driving agency business growth by working with existing distributors and bringing new ones into the fold. Leading product training to ensure advisors are well-equipped to succeed. Hiring and onboarding new advisors, especially beyond the Digit Network. Conducting market mapping to identify opportunities and expand our reach. Bringing in potential advisors, activating them, and setting them up for success. Promoting central campaigns to boost engagement and business momentum. Maintaining a strong outreach rhythm—at least 75 prospect calls per month and three in-person meetings daily. What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in business development within the Life Insurance industry. Hands-on experience in the Agency Business, including hiring and onboarding advisors. Strong communication skills—you’ll be working with advisors, clients, and internal teams. A strategic mindset—someone who can develop and execute impactful business strategies. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills—you know how to navigate challenges and turn them into opportunities.
