Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Manager, located in Raipur. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's life insurance business in the designated territory. Key tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with bank branches, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves training and supporting sales teams, analyzing market trends, and providing feedback to improve product offerings and customer service. Qualifications Experience in sales, business development, and relationship managementStrong knowledge of life insurance products and regulatory guidelinesExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategiesProven track record of achieving sales targetsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related fieldWillingness to travel within the designated territoryExperience working with cross-functional teams and providing training is a plusKnowledge of local market conditions and customer preferences
