Job Description

Role & Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Revenue Generation : Achieve sales, revenue, and market share targets for consumer electronics products in general trade. Drive overall sales growth by identifying and targeting new opportunities in the market. 2. Channel Management : Implement the company's sales and distribution strategies/plans for business development. Identify, select, motivate, and engage channel partners. Expand the channel network to ensure extensive product availability within the assigned territory. Train and mentor channel partners and sales promoters to build competence in selling products effectively. 3. Marketing & Promotional Activities : Coordinate retail activities and in-store branding initiatives at the counters. Communicate and manage schemes to Dealers and Distributors. Manage key retail outlets like Sony World and Sony Exclusives. Conduct local marketing activities within the assigned territory to enhance product visibility and demand. Preferred Candidate Profile: Qualification : MBA / Graduate Experience : 7-14 years Location : Guwahati Skills & Competencies : Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Strong understanding of channel sales, market trends, sales planning, financial planning, and customer outreach programs. We are looking for candidate Experience in the consumer electronics and appliances industry.
