Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities A proven track record of min 5- 7 yrs of experience in selling Plastic Raw Material & Paint Industry like Additives, Pigments & Specialty Minerals. Should have min 5 yrs of experience in B2B Sales. Candidate should have their own vehicle. Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets in the North region. Develop and execute strategic plans for B2B lead generation, conversion, and customer relationship management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships within the paint & plastic industry. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy and optimize performance. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs. Knowledge of relevant software and technologies.
