Business/Company: HyFun Group Site/Location: Pune, Maharashtra Department: Sales Food Service Position/Profile Title: Territory Sales Manager Designation: Territory Sales Manager (Grade: Assistant Manager) On Roll/Off Roll/Contract: On roll Age Group: 30-35 Years Experience: 8-12 Years (Minimum 3 Years in Handling a Territory) Salary Range: 10-12 LPA (Inclusive 10% PLI) Essential Qualification: Any Graduate or MBA in Sales & Marketing Essential Area of Expertise: HoReCa Sales, Institutional Sales Desired Area of Expertise: HoReCa Sales, Institutional Sales Critical/Special Exposure: Regular collaboration with marketing, logistics, and product development teams to ensure seamless service delivery and strategic alignment Exposure to rapidly changing trends and customer demands in the HoReCa sector, requiring adaptability and keen market insights. Internal Interface (Designations) Work closely with Sales team, regional teams for timely execution, Supply chain, Finance, Marketing, etc. External Interface (Suppliers/Govt Bodies/Communities) Distributors Reporting to: Area Sales Manager - Food Service Reportees (Function and Designation): BDE / Sr. BDE Purpose of the position Drive sales growth and market share within the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) sector by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored food service solutions Roles and Responsibility Ensuring implementation of sales strategies to deliver annual volume objectives of the area within allocated accounts. Customer Acquisition and Customer Retention to ensure Business Growth. New product introductions: Identifying products with supply gaps, building supply programs of local / regional products in liaison with the procurement team. Basic planning and forecasting. Support new product launches in the market Ensuring appropriate stock levels at distributor point. Monitoring the performance of distributors within the area and identifying issues and taking action to deal with them. Ensuring that the distributor submits the required reports and claims on time. Ensuring distributors are informed regarding all new products and their pricing. Reaching out to new set of customers through expansion into new geographies and new market segments. Ensuring timely order collection and execution. Ensuring adherence to all reporting formats.
