Schedule and organize meetings with prospective clients to introduce products/services and explore collaboration opportunities. Present company offerings effectively by addressing or predicting client objectives, focusing on solutions and value creation. Maintain detailed records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc., both physically and in ERP software for proper tracking and auditing. Provide reliable feedback and continuous support to customers to ensure satisfaction and build brand loyalty. Foster strong, ongoing relationships with both new and existing customers through consistent communication and service excellence. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and potential leads to proactively identify growth opportunities. Add every new lead into the CRM/ERP software immediately and update their status regularly for smooth tracking and follow-up. Contact prospective clients using multiple mediums — including social media, phone calls, emails, and in-person visits — depending on suitability and client preferences. Keep CRM and other record systems updated consistently to reflect all interactions, meeting notes, status changes, and client feedback.
