Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Territory Sales Manager - North to join our team at RX Industries in Gurugram . This is a full-time, on-site role that involves managing the North region's sales operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving revenue growth through innovative strategies. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day sales activities within the assigned territory, ensuring targets are achieved or exceeded. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients. Train and mentor the sales team to enhance their skills and productivity. Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Northern region. Identify new business opportunities and foster strategic partnerships. Monitor and analyze market trends to optimize sales performance. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction. Travel within the assigned region as required to meet clients and oversee operations. Qualifications: Proven experience in territory sales management, preferably in composite materials or related industries. Strong understanding of technologies and products, including FRP manhole covers, gully covers, and molded gratings. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in sales and sales management techniques. Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities. Skilled in training and developing sales teams.
