Job Description

Role & responsibilities Manage and grow real estate sales in your assigned territory. Work on qualified leads provided by the companyno cold calling. Meet clients at preferred locations to understand their property needs. Suggest relevant property listings based on client preferences. Build strong relationships with property owners, developers, and clients. Conduct site visits and deliver persuasive property presentations. Maintain high lead conversion and follow-up rates. Achieve monthly targets for listings, visits, and closures. Report daily activities and customer feedback to management. Preferred candidate profile 1-5 years of field sales experience (real estate experience preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel locally and meet clients in person. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales. Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone.
