Job Title: Territory Sales Manager - Industrial Solutions (Automotive, Abrasives, and More) Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India Experience: 4-7 Years About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to drive growth within the dynamic industrial landscape of Gujarat. This pivotal role will focus on developing and nurturing strong relationships with key accounts across the automotive OEM and Tier 1 sectors, as well as expanding our presence in the abrasive, welding rod, spray paint, and cutting oil industries. If you possess a proven track record in industrial sales and are adept at identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Territory Management: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize market penetration and achieve ambitious sales targets within the designated Gujarat territory. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with decision-makers at OEM and Tier 1 automotive customers, abrasive manufacturers, and other industrial clients (welding rod, spray paint, cutting oil companies). New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target segments, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored solutions. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales quotas, contributing directly to the company's overall growth objectives in the region. Market Intelligence and Reporting: Gather and provide regular, insightful feedback on market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to support strategic planning and product development. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrable experience (4-7 years) in industrial sales , preferably with exposure to the automotive, abrasives, or related industrial sectors. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills , with a proven ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively at all levels. Strong independent work ethic and excellent client relationship management capabilities. Ability to understand technical product specifications and effectively communicate their value proposition to clients. A proactive and results-driven approach with a strong focus on achieving sales targets. Familiarity with the Gujarat industrial market is a plus. Show more Show less
